Looking back on the moment with very rose tinted glasses... It was very well done; I was right up next to Bono. I still think there are many better possible set openers, but its not worth crying over: it fits too well thematically for them to change it.
Yes, not a problem. What a great Periscope that was! I'll ask you about another song from the bin in Glasgow
  2. closed with 40 how kewl
    sounds were good last night
  3. Torrent for Cologne 1 now in our torrent section.
  4. How classic. I miss one night and it becomes the most exciting setlist party since New York
  5. So glad for those in attendance last night. So so so glad! Similar feeling for those who were glad for us due to Amsterdam 4

LOL, just watched the periscope... That was some hilarious stuff

PS Thanks for the guitar reference Tim & Paul
  6. So missed again Bad and 40

My lesson from this tour, next time always go to the last show in a city.

But nevertheless Cologne 1 was also a great show. I had very good seats in block 207 row 2, about 25 m from the E stage, together with my dad of 71 years.

I was a bit afraid of the Stockholm incident and the attack on the politician, because of the reason they started quit late.

Crowd was noisier, more singing and dancing than Amsterdam 2. Sound in Amsterdam was better.
  7. I thought of Stockholm due to the late start too Thankfully nothing happened this time! And wow, going with your 71-y-old daddy, incredible!!

My lesson from this tour, next time always go to the last show in a city..... or in a country
  8. I was at the show last night. It was incredible. What a setlist. Let's hope for at least a 4,5 star recording somewhere sometime.
  9. I was at the concert too, very good setlist! PARTY GIRL, BAD AND 40!!!!
  10. Yes it was a classic yesterday, can't believe it was the longest U2 show ever in terms of number of songs. I can also re-live the entire performance of Bad, as I lived it so intense. This makes a show for me.

    Party Girl was also awesome.

I think I still liked Amsterdam 4 more, but hell, why does one concert need to be better than the other? They are experiences on their own, and this one was fucking great. Looking forward to London!
