1. It's not the best aud-iem mix out there but spreading should be mandatory so people don't spend their bucks on it.

    Sounds stellar! Thank you!
  3. Thank you. That's exactly why I put it up here
  4. No, spreading won't be a good thing in the end since it will dilute the possibility a better source will surface over the time.
  5. That's one way to look at it. On the other hand it will hopefully prevent people from buying this one.
  6. That's your opinion...
  7. Not that much my opinion than a fact. What would be the point of someone releasing a better mix when this one is already out there downloaded by pretty much everyone? Most people would not bother downloading another version when they already have one.
It's been seen countless times when a crappy audience recording gets released and a better one after is, the best of the two is less spread than the first crappy one.
  8. ...and? Collectors such as myself will gladly get more than one source of a show as better versions surface...I think making the recordings available as they should be is more important than number of downloads or seeing people trying to sell shows that should be available to all
  9. What's out is out. Better recordings exist from that show but will not likely be released for a while, so if this recording is enjoyed by folks...listen to your hearts delight.

That said, I personally didn't like the sound with the excessive limiter (leading to distortion), lots of close clapper + crowd noise, and harsh sibilance on Bono's vocals. The Sibilance is the deal breaker for me, that just hurts my ears. I could take the Bono IEM from that show and bang out a much better mix in an afternoon than this poor mix
