  1. It's tiny... Surely the GA will be bigger. Wonder if this is the smallest venue on this tour
  2. It looks like a very nice building, but for me it looks to "cold". Even when it's totally soldout, it doesn't look like a total full house. I prefer venues where seats are much closer to each other so where you will see just one big "sea of people" on the floor and on the stands.
    More like this:

But hey, seeing U2 is always awesome, no matter what venue they play!
  3. Actually, prob 2nd smallest after Belfast

I was in the cavern that is Antwerp Sportpaleis and I can't wait to experience the show in this more intimate venue
  5. I hope they fill the GA.
  6. Grgh I want to be there. I shall bide my time to Belfast though.

Arriving in Glasgow on Friday, can anybody suggest the best area for a night out- bars, clubs, etc.
Very easy to find places to eat and drink in Glasgow, but if you're wanting to go out to a club, O2 ABC is great on a Friday. Rock n' Roll party called Propaganda.
  8. I'll buy you a pint if you come.

This will be my, I think, ninth and tenth time in the Hydro. Amazing place. They should build an arena like this in Edinburgh.
  9. So BK 221, good view of E-stage? Seeing as Bono does spend a lot of time there

There will be people who work there who have been less than you! Its only been open 2 years!
  11. I would take a seat there in a heartbeat. All the good stuff (Boy tunes, Streets and encore) all happen in the main stage anyway.
