Noel Gallagher was excellent. 2 performances of Bad. Gloria becoming regular.
  2. Glasgow I must say bsck in the day were THE very best but I was surprised a bit in 2001 that they were not the engaged/knowledgeable but let's put that down to the poor venue. This time it will be EPIC !
  3. It's a shame the band haven't been able to flesh out 6 shows at the same venue. I'm not sure why they have bothered with such long residencies.

And it doesn't have a thing to do with age - my parents and a good bunch of >40 years old people I know think exactly the same so I shouldn't be the weird guy then
wait til you have a family of your own

I understand your point, that's why I'm going to seven shows. But just because someone doesn't go to six shows in their own city of the same band, doesn't make it illogical. It's a lot of money to see them so many times. I know how it feels, and how I should be so lucky to see them so many times.
  6. 4 dates next year, 2 a piece in Manchester & Birmingham maybe?

Logistics. More money out of each city stop = only way to make a smaller venue tour profitable.
  8. Manchester doesn't have a suitable venue apparently - the stage wouldn't fit because of the ice hockey board. Birmingham looks more than likely.
  9. In Glasgow I expect guests... Jim Kerr like before or maybe Susan Boyle ?!
