  1. Hey everyone! I'm fairly new on this website!
    I am a 2nd generation U2 fan. My mom has been a fan since the beginning! I've been pretty much hooked on them since birth.
    My mom has given me about 3 or 4 of her old U2 concert t-shirts and I they have been a part of my fashion since grade school.

    I have been to 2 U2 concerts (on the 1st and 2nd leg of the Vertigo concert here in Chicago).

    I have relatives who live in Ireland and my grandma and grandpa are from Galway. My dream is to see U2 in Ireland.

  3. Hey Maura, welcome to U2 Start! Great introduction, by the way....2nd generation fan, that's pretty amazing. I'm sure a lot of the members are already jealous of your t-shirt collection! (myself included!)

    Anyways, it's quite easy to add a photo avatar. From the home page of u2start, look on the right side and you'll see a link for "Change Your Details." Click that link, and you'll see a button for you to browse for an avatar from a file saved on your computer, and you upload one. When Ali comes on, he (or someone else) can point you to a website that has a lot of great pre-made avatars. (would do it myself, but I can't remember what it is....)

  12. I've already downloaded (during the 07 summer) a concert from Chicago at the Aragon that my mom was at in the Unforgettable Fire tour! I have that concert T-shirt and I made a copy of the concert for her. let's see if she remembers any of it ! Random question: at my University I am not allowed to download music. By downloading some of these boot legs would that be considered "illegal" and me getting a fine by the school-Ha! Maybe I should just wait till summer gets out to download some more!
