  1. amp made it??? fucking hell...
  2. It's in Paris, surely they should have someone French? But I guess they want someone that is reliable.
  3. Yeah, it's a shame for any locals who were wishing to get on (not that they stood a chance anyway). Interested to see how this will all work. If these winners are indeed going on stage, how will they get there? Are they guaranteed a rail spot? Meet backstage during the intermission? If they're there to simply enjoy the show, what tickets will they be given?

Is there a time, for asking questions?

I have no idea, will they only see the show on saturday or also sunday?

I am disliking this poll thing more every day,,,,
U2 concerts have unfortunately lost a lot of spontaneity in comparison to earlier tours...
    sad really.

Indeed! The fan on stage thing is also horrible! So scripted

And almost every site gets one show with people playing the guitar and keeping the guitar... This used to be special
  7. Looking at the photos on our photo pages from Paris 1 & 2 it amazes me how much lightning there is for these shows. On some far-away shots every member of the audience is visible and in full light, whereas if you have the same shot from a show before it was total darkness.

It's partly because it's an arena show - an arena is easier to light up uniformly than a stadium. I love the extra lightning

True but the 'extra' lightning is obviously for the film. Yes its lovely.

  10. The fan-five to make it on stage this weekend It will be quite the weekend with a show to be filmed and another fourth nighter.
  11. Probably Amp had dinner with Bono and Ali the day before
