I think there are 2 main reasons for tonights cancellation:
1) City authorities will not allow it
2) It is too close by
HBO from Belfast would be really, really special. But if they do it, then it will be the 2nd Belfast.
My guess, however, is a Paris HBO broadcast still in December...
