    Sounds a bit unnecessarily hostile.
  2. It was. Most of my friends stayed seated till we left the stage though. When they did that we seriously considered having our lead guitarist play something like Voodoo Child or some other clasic hard rock song to piss them off. Everyone I talked to said we should have done that.
  3. Would have served them right. Coma by G 'n' R would have been a good choice (if a little impractical what with all the hospital talk etc) if only cos' it's 13 minutes long...
  4. Better yet. Freebird.

Good guess. It's a likely yes I'm thinking.

As for me, I am making this a must see, with my namesake in it:-

    There Will Be Blood
  9. I saw Cloverfield. Much much better than I expected. Worth a look if your Cinema has a cheap promotional night during the week. Different to your average movie

Ooeeeh...that indeed is a 'must see'. Daniel Day Lewis at his best again. He hasn't played for some time, I think. The last film I can remember is Gangs of New York. Probably missed the rest...

Sports is like that in Chicago, every year after the Cubs season ends empty handed, i find myself getting veeeeeeery teary eyed, as I am sure if you are a Red Sox fan (before they won in 04/07)

Ah, if only Bono was on the Patriots--I could imagine him being a quarterback...

I don't think I could handle being a Cubs fan--I have the greatest respect for you. I felt your pain every year before 2004. I'm telling you, this year--National League I think it'll come down to the Mets and the Cubs, and I'm hoping it'll bethe Cubs in the Series. Versus the Sox of course.
