  1. Boston the other night finally got roulette, off the top of my head, the first tracks song or b side from the river era to be played apart from the opener. About time. Now for loose ends, where the band's are, etc etc etc..

    Ref Roulette Bruce introduced it as the first song he wrote for the river and added it should have been on there ....

    I bought david gilmour tickets that way last year what about the big ac/dc crash last year? they did it for u2 in a way when they also sold fan club memberships ... there are not that much big tours anymore these days

    I see, good to know that sometimes it actually still works. I know it didn't work this year (yeasterday) with Gilmour (I actually managed to grab really great tickets for both nights in Vienna), and I was surprised it didn't work for The Rolling Stones in 2014. In those cases (and surely many other) the ticket alarm mail only contained the information about the start of the regular sale. Or well, for The Stones in Berlin there was a special pre-sale for those who have ordered the German Bild for 0,99 E beforehand, which was the only way how to get good or even decent tickets (or maybe the gig was even sold-out in the Bild pre-sale, if not, then almost). After that one un-subscribed the Bild and it really only cost those 0,99 E. How crazy is that? There was no pre-sale for Vienna.
    And I would not call those U2 pre-sales Eventim fan-presales, those had nothing to do with the ticketalarm, it was rally the U2.com stuff, eventhough it was run via eventim of course... But wait, now I remember, that it was actually at some point possible to buy a ticket + a membership on eventim, right? That was strange :-)
    But again, it is good to know those ticket alarms still might get me an early access to tickets, I have to check my mailbox for ticket alarms more often now when we can expect some Springsteen news :-) - I have actually bought tickets to several Springsteen shows in those Eventim fan pre-sales before.

    it was eventim theirself that called it a presale and zes there was that bild presale for all shows of the stones in germany (2) and there was a pre sale for muse or for coldplay eg.

  11. I guess it's only a matter of time before Scandinavia, Spain & German dates get announced. Those are the other major Euro markets along with Italy & UK
