1. Do you think it's better than Zoo TV?
  2. Of course I respect your opinion, but "one of the worst performances of history" is not an opinion, is a statement that can be verified based on the history of the band, and I don't think that holds water. I don't like some ZooTV shows, but I can't say they are the worst of the history.
  3. I wouldn't call it a better performance than Zoo TV musically, but it's one of my favorite performances because it's such a great act for them to do something like that.
  4. Comparing it to 90's U2 this show was a huge shock to me when watching it. But that's just my opinion.
  5. If I compare it to 85% of the Popmart shows, it's better than that.
  6. Agreed. Bono's vocals had an improvement from Pop to ATYCLB in some respects (though not all). Either way, I love Popmart, but the halftime show blew many of those shows away, in my opinion.

In my opinion this isn't things that could say some performance is or isn't the "wrost performance of world", but mistakes, tech problems... for example, Discotheque at Sarajevo, Bono's voice isn't good but is one of my fave performances....

And about the worst, Streets in 1992-03-13 Worcester was one of worst things that I ever heard from U2

The title of this topic is 'Worst Performances?'. And the Superbowl Half-Time Show came to my mind. To me, that show is one of my least favorite U2 performances in their history.

Well, worst performances is different than least favorite. At least there can be some objective parameters to call a performance "worst". Mistakes, uncoordinated, the band had to restart the song, etc. I don't think any of that applies to the Superbowl show.
