  10. You know when I said I was going to start running regularly? Well, I have been but not as regularly as I'd planned. Anyway, today I hit my first 5K since starting again, so for the next few weeks I'll work on bringing my time down for that. Olof, how are things with you?

    I haven't been running at all really. I have this lingering cold that makes me not want to do physically demanding things outdoors. Hope I'll be rid of it soon.

    What I have been doing is I've started playing table tennis and badminton at least once a week with one of my "new" med school friends. It's a lot of fun I played both sports for about two years each about ten years ago, so I've got some old skills that are now resurfacing. Just got fresh and proper table tennis rubber too, which opened up a new dimension when playing yesterday. I'd better not wait too long before I change it this time.
  12. That doesn't sound too good, at least you've found something else to do though I used to like badminton but was never quite good at it.
