1. Eddie at a Springsteen show is always welcome
  2. Are you ok ? With this kind of emotions an old man like you could have heart attacks I heard that in the backstage were looking the show Bono , Milito , ¨Pupi Zanetti and Mourinho
  3. Listening to the Sunrise Fl boot (02.16.16)..nothing like reliving a show you attended , having an actual release is such a bonus....earlier I had listened to the Columbus OH show from 2014...those 2014 sound so muddy and dull compared to these River bootlegs , which are crisp and very clear sounding..

The 2016 boots are all mixed by Jon Altschiller .
  4. Meeting Across the River makes its tour debut last night at Madison Square Garden , leading right into Jungleland.....absolutely fucking awesome .

Phily is also very good and has a great live atmosphere.

  6. Let’s just get this out of the way right up front: I’m a Springsteen fan. Have been since I was a very young man and always will be.

With that said, it’s worth noting that The Boss has delivered a smack in the face to his fans in North Carolina this week, cancelling on short notice a concert he was scheduled to play there because of his objections to the state’s new bathroom privacy law.

    Terrible move....

As you, my fans, know I’m scheduled to play in Greensboro, North Carolina this Sunday. As we also know, North Carolina has just passed HB2, which the media are referring to as the “bathroom” law. HB2 — known officially as the Public Facilities Privacy and Security Act — dictates which bathrooms transgender people are permitted to use. Just as important, the law also attacks the rights of LGBT citizens to sue when their human rights are violated in the workplace. No other group of North Carolinians faces such a burden. To my mind, it’s an attempt by people who cannot stand the progress our country has made in recognizing the human rights of all of our citizens to overturn that progress. Right now, there are many groups, businesses, and individuals in North Carolina working to oppose and overcome these negative developments. Taking all of this into account, I feel that this is a time for me and the band to show solidarity for those freedom fighters. As a result, and with deepest apologies to our dedicated fans in Greensboro, we have canceled our show scheduled for Sunday, April 10th. Some things are more important than a rock show and this fight against prejudice and bigotry — which is happening as I write — is one of them. It is the strongest means I have for raising my voice in opposition to those who continue to push us backwards instead of forwards.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s Sunday April 10th show is canceled. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.

...he's screwing the fans , thats the bottom line... because why ? because the State feels that a person who decides "hey , now Im a female or male" should be able to go into the opposite sex bathroom ? When does it end ?

What if today I said "Hey , let me toss a dress on and heels" now I can go into the female bathroom ? But hey Im a woman...right ?... How about a 15 year old boy , who says hey Im a girl now..can he go in the girls locker room now ??

Im all for gay and lesbian rights..but this is taking it too far...As a father of 4 I agree with the State. If your born with a penis , your a male..if your born with a vagina..your a female....end of story....

Bruce has always been a left wing liberal and pissed off fans like me many times , just look to 41 Shots ...but he is way off base here ....this has zip to do with the fans....he can make his points elsewhere and could have actually made a few speeches about during the gig....play the fucking show and don't act like a spoiled child at the playground..smh...

    Very disappointed fan .......

I'm with you 100%. Rough for the fans that are just normal, decent people. If I had tickets I'd be pissed
