    Fear not lads and lasses... he's another 1970s era LP Custom (the oen with the black knobs on it. PLUS the Les Paul Gold Top (used for Until The End...).

    He did give away one of the top THREE used of his guitars but he's others.

    No worries. Edge lost a LOT of gear in the studio flood in 2002. He (and Dallas) will find suitable replacements.

  10. Well on the plus side, he can experiment with a new guitar hes never been with before, so thats a plus.
    An he stopped playing UTTEOTW on this ages ago (13 yrs)
    I wonder what kind of guitar he should buy in its place?

    but for now, that is a loss
  11. Of course this guitar is memorable. I can't really imagine Edge without it. But it's for a great cause! That's one of the things I do really love U2! They're not only great musicians, but they're trying to make the world a better place!
    And, don't fear, Edge has more Les Pauls I suggest, and the sound wil not change I think
  12. I really can't imagine The Edge wihout the GibsonExplorer which he uses in I Will Follow, that's a mithic guitar!!
