    But to be fair, there are many U2 fans who will say SOI turned up completely flat. In fact, I remember running into a very seasoned U2 fan at The Forum who asked if anybody actually liked Songs of Innocence. I still think SOI released some very powerful and personal tracks. AHFOD has a lot of "feel good" types of songs, which honestly isn't a terrible thing.

    But that's just my opinion.

    I remember many U2 fans saying the same about Achtung Baby at the time... then Pop... then NLOTH...
