  1. "Fairly soon" might mean in 9 months according to U2's standard timings.

From posting similar views in the past, it seems there is a large contingent of people who think it is impossible to transition from arenas to stadiums to small clubs. The Stones did it in 2004 or so, and U2 did it in 1987. I would be in favor of a stripped down stage in arenas, and maybe a bigger spectacle for the stadiums, but the music is where it is all at....and the logistical nightmare is only if they wanted the exact same stage in both types of venues, which is stupid to even consider.
  3. This is really out of nowhere. Would this be U2's first performance in the Filippines?
  4. How cool would this be on the next tour
  5. I'm torn - I loved the Iris --> Cedarwood Road transition on the tour, but ripping into Mofo (and saving Cedarwood Road for an encore rocker?) would be pretty sweet.

On that note, a shame they didn't stick with the Mofo snippet at the start of Iris...
  6. I want a ZOO TV II tour, different stage, different setlist but the same concept.
  7. mmm i don t think it could work ...that s is very special in U2 and their " eras " ..Actual Bono dressed like Zoo Bono is like an impersonator ...even the songs are not the same ... The actual One is far from 1992 One ..so doing this for me couldn t work ...they have to do what they know to do , that is reinventing themselfs and doing shows with differents setlists eveynight ...they have to play 30 songs each night with a 70 songs rotating every show
