1. U2 should release another album through iTunes like last time and piss off a few more million people. I thought it was grand.
  2. I thought it was grand. It certainly got a lot of people talking about U2 and honestly, the general outcome of that has been far more positive than negative.
  3. There is no escape.

  4. Like Bono said, a few million people pissed off is a few million more people exposed to U2 (something to that extent, anyway)
  5. I heartfully agree. I prefer all the hate rather than new generations not knowing about my band
  6. Notice how he said "my band"... I like it. Reminds me of how I felt between War and Joshua Tree releases... When I lost "my band" to the masses and had to actually camp out and work hard for tickets and positioning at shows!
  7. Stop talking about my band like that, you guys.
  8. hehe. they were my band before half of you whippersnappers were around!
  9. Would love to see a full version
  10. Having listening to the 1993-08-28 Dublin show yesterday, I was appalled by how awful that performance of WOWY is. I'm trying to think of memorable U2 concerts with awful performances. There's the black sheep of NYD in the Washington 1992-08-16 show too.
  11. The 360 performance of Vertigo where Bono couldn't ever start right

I can't remember the venue at the top of my head though.

There was Gelsenkirchen where Edge's guitar couldn't start right
