He said it right after the race, he was disappointed and full of adrinaline. He also said it after saying "the ferrarri's messed up my race in the first corner" and therefore he wasn't to keen to let them pass.

The problem is that he's slowly destroying his own reputation. He is a great driver with the potential to be a world champion one day, but he needs to stop blaming other drivers for his own mistakes and then subsequently destroying other driver's races.
