Bono actually got quite a lot done with the Bush administration and opened a lot of eyes and wallets. The work he does cant turn an eye to the cause just because he doesn't agree with someones politics or ideologies. If that were the case, he woulda quit along time ago.

We're screwed either way. Trumpocalypse or Hill-jun Un its going to be a wild ride these next (hopefully only) 4 years.
  4. Its just that it's going to be emberassing seeing him hang around with the Trump.
  5. Or Hillary... it's a dirty job but someone's gotta do it. But he's passionate about his cause and that means lobbying to politicians. And they're all the same. Lying, cheating scumbags who bait the weak long enough to get their vote.

We are going to be stuck with a disgusting, deplorable commander in chief regardless of the outcome, and we're getting what we deserve

But Bono needs to fight on and sometimes that means you have to wash your hands at the end of a day shaking hands with reprehensible characters...
  6. This is one of the things I always admire about Bono. Everyone acts like compromising makes you weak, but Bono talks about how it shows your strength. I'm no great fan of Bush, but while many other liberally-inclined celebrities made no secret of their disdain for him, Bono was clear that without the work done with the Bush administration, there would have been a lot more sick and starving people in the third world.

Anyway, this is veering off-topic. Anybody know where Adam is these days?
  7. He's probably attending art exhibitions somewhere around the globe a good part of the day. And being cool and awesome, full time.

    I stand corrected:

He has been jogging in Los Angeles.
And being cool and awesome full time.

  10. Suave even when he's jogging.
  11. Guys... It's only eight more days until U2 are onstage again.

I'm not sure what to expect, but I'm excited.
