  1. Updated our timings with this schedule:

So you can find your local timezone at the top of this topic.
  2. And looking at the schedule, half an hour seems to be doable for U2!
  3. Wow I actually WILL be able to watch it! Although it'll be 1:40 AM when I am
  4. Wow that looks kinda cool.
  5. Ask Sil
  6. I wonder if the band is nervous for this, for how well they might be received in a venue like this, especially if they play something new. I still think they have to be planning on unveiling a new song, or else why do the event with overall much younger artists? As others have said, they've never been a greatest hits kind of band.
  7. Idk what to think. Part of me thinks they may play it safe and have Pride, Streets, One, Vertigo, Beautiful Day, and I Still Haven't Found. However, another part of me thinks of the Clinton Foundation gig with Sunday Bloody Sunday, One, and I Still Haven't Found....... And Miss Sarajevo and Staring at the Sun. Hits and rarities at a show for people who probably wanted only hits, so like many of you have said, anything is possible.

I would imagine so to some degree, maybe they'll feel a bit like a fish out of water and a little bit out of their comfort zone, perhaps like their Glastonbury set, but I would imagine that will also likely get their adrenaline pumping and we could be in for an amazing half hour-ish as a result.

I bet they're also hugely excited as well, doing this must be a thrill for them still otherwise I'm sure they wouldn't bother.

I'd be surprised if we don't hear at least one new song, and I'm going to go with the obvious and say The Best Thing, but another 1 or 2 new tunes would be pretty cool. Being a festival set, I think aside from new tunes, I reckon it will likely be more recent well known tunes - Vertigo, COBL, The Miracle, EBW maybe, and either I Will Follow or Out Of Control for good measure.

So excited, havent decided yet whether to stay up to 6.40am here in the UK, or wake up early. Decisions, decisions!
