    You're forgetting the epic, all-star 15 minute closing version of One.
  7. Was just thinking....as much as I love One, and Stuck In A Moment...I almost don't want them to play them anymore since so many around here are sick of them. For whatever reason, Elevation, BD, Vertigo, and COBL have worn out their welcome with me. Awesome songs I don't want to hear again...for a bit. Bring on Love Is Blindness!!! Right...

As I've said before, I think right now the only songs that should permanently have a place in U2's set are Streets (forever) and BD and Vertigo, because they're U2's two most recent, familiar big hits, and both of them still generally have a lot of kick live - Vertigo especially, and it's hard not to like BD, at least when you're hearing it.

    As another diehard U2 fan, I'll disagree with this forever.

    A U2 show isn't a U2 show without the big anthems. That includes Pride, Still Haven't Found, Sunday Bloody Sunday, etc. etc. Sure some of them can be rotated (like New Years Day and Bad), but I don't even think I'd want to see an arena show with 20 deep cuts and 2 big hits.

    I honestly think people THINK they want this, but they actually saw what it might look like they'd change their minds. I don't understand how anyone can be bored at a live show when they're playing any of their big hits, no matter how many times you've heard them. There's nothing like a huge crowd singing along to Pride, or One, or whatever. It's awesome.
