Maybe some of this music is too dirty for radio - from my understanding Drake tends to have his DJ blend all of his tracks together ( if you look at one of his setlists, it says he performs almost 50 songs a night) - and theyre playing this over some of the songs that aren't appropriate for radio. Just a guess - its very strange indeed.
