Yeah I'm thinking that, whether they feel they're good to go on them yet though... who knows, really hope so, there is a gaping hole of around 30 mins it would seem from the soundchecked songs so I'm hoping for a surprise or two. I hope they crack out The Best Thing and give that it's live premiere, and get a feel for it from a live audience, I bet they're actually itching to test the water.
  2. I'm feeling Acrobat in the air.

  3. Please! Would love that.

Will a link be available to us all to view the full set, I plan on getting out of bed to watch it.

I hope this isn't about me -- I have no idea what is being referred to. I haven't reported anyone. I've been in the damned woods scoping soundcheck all day

He's on drugs, don't mention it.
    Thanks for recording!

You have to ask Adrienne about that. She's the lucky soul blessed with a golden ticket.
  6. Those musta been some seroous drugs. Or a bad batch of beer at Oktoberfest.
  7. Idk if it's been mentioned before (and if it has, I'm sorry for being annoying lol), but is this show going to be officially streamed anywhere. Video or audio, or are we limited to outlets like mixlr and periscope?
  8. The megaphone is back!

  9. Ah, at least this show starts a decent hour for me... Last time I stayed up til 2 AM for a greatest hit set I was so let down!

Just kidding though, the IHeart setlist was pretty much what I expected, and all the songs were really good versions (except EBW, cos Bono's voice was too shaky). Hopefully tonight we'll get another strong performance.

And while the prospect of new music is exciting, I'm not getting my hopes up. I'm more pumped for the possibility of a really killer California!
  10. for me California is a very lame and predictable kind of song, there´s no creativity musically, and lyrically there´s nothing new...In my opinion, it´s the worse song in the last album...but since U2 has no more balls these days...and Hands is a great song if played entirely, not as snnipet...They should play Sleep Like a Baby Tonight to make a strong political statement that in California, in the USA and all over the world the subject behind that song is not acceptable...as for the other songs...more of the same
