  4. Whilst I wasn't there, I would presume he was referring to the masses of tech people at the event (the 4 day tech event at which this gig is part of).
  5. Though it may well end up reverting back to the i+e version next year as obviously a new President will already be in office by the time the tour commences. So last night may well just be a one off. But heck... they NAILED it!

  7. Does the fact they worked on visuals for California give it a better chance of being played more regularly on the next leg?

    Or was it just a one off for this event?

    I was thinking that too, but it could be that visuals were prepared for I+E anyway.

    So hard to tell with them. Maybe. Maybe not. The intent is there, but with U2 intent can easily end up on scrap heap. They worked to get all Trump visuals to sync up also... the only way I can see that having any relevance on next leg is if he gets elected...
