I agree. PJ GA is fan club only.

  2. There was a time when a U2 membership was $20 and you were guaranteed tickets and it was all done by snail mail... damn, I'm old...

  3. Holy crap... How many screens do you have to go through to prove you're not a robot! LMAO!

Tried multiple times during the day, tried different browsers, but it's still the same: System occupied
  5. The issue I have is that there is no official indication what presale allocations have sold out ..yet they still peddle the presale codes on U2.com. People could still be buying codes with no knowledge their chosen venue has already gone. There is no transparency

Do you really think they'll add more shows? I'm thinking in MOST cases there's no room for it. Not to be negative but I just can't see them "working" for two straight nights and then having only one night off in between. This said, they are going to make a tonne of money for each show (I can't believe my awesome arena seat was the same price as my nosebleed stadium seat) so maybe it'll be worth the effort to add some more.
  7. Ended up being a sucker and buying GA tix today for Chicago with a $50 surcharge for the subscription.

Anyone notice that on the website? There was the option to search the venue for tickets without a presale password, lock down seats, and then add the $50 charge for a subscription at checkout. Ended up pulling two GA tix, and that was that.

Get back on and try this if you got shut out earlier!
  8. Just looked at the seats I've got for Dublin.
Mmm, I don't think I could be further from the stage than I am, so I am a bit disappointed. I'm right at the back .
I panicked when I booked them this morning, as was scared of the ticking clock.
I have 2 choices I guess. Stick with them and just stand on GA if they are really crap, or try and contact Ticketmaster and see if I can swap. Has anyone any experience of this?

Absolutely ridiculous....although I guess it helped out a long time fan like yourself (?) which is a good thing.

Yea that kinda rubs me the wrong way. But not more than the fact that it costs $280 plus fees for lower section. That's almost criminal. IMO
