  2. Although I dislike scalpers/ scalping from the bottom of my heart, I can't see anything wrong with it, since it's simple capitalism. There are the tickets, and theres a market, a seller's market in this case. If we, the fans, wouldn't buy from scalpers and wouldn't pay more than face value, scalping would be over.
  3. Having said that, what makes me sick is that you get the impression that ticket agencies are working together with the touts...
    If I were in a band as successful as U2, I'd stand up against it. Those e-tickets in Cologne in 2015 have been a good idea. Personalised tickets are, too.
  4. Barcelona is sold out too (although not reflected on U2.com yet) so that's it.

    Now, will Berlin, Dublin, Barcelona and Brussels get a second night? The big incognita.

    If It was simple capitalism bands would have sold the tickets in auctions. Then at least the band got the money. Core business of (real) scalpers is exploiting ways to buy tickets (for instance with automated computer programs) before real fans do and making money of that. Look at the forum posts here today. Almost no one got tickets in this general sale, only during the u2.com subscription presales.

  7. Does anyone know if there is a difference between Red Hill- and Wires Subscribers next wednesday for the Amsterdam 2 presale?
  8. Red Hill are for those who subscribed to U2.com before Christmas. Wires are for those who subscribed after Christmas.
  9. Yeah and Red Hill can buy tickets this Wednesday and Wires I guess on Thursday then?

    Wonder if they do the same for the US shows, which will be only 24 hours between announcements and presales.
  10. Red hill presale is for long time U2.com subscribers and wires presale is for all other U2.com subscribers, hence red Wednesday and wires Thursday

    I hope the Red Hill presale wil be on Wednesday and Wires on Thursday...That will be fair.
