  3. Use the mobile app too!!
    I was out with two tix in the mobile app before the web browser gave me a chance to ask for tix.
    Also, have a ticketmaster account set up with cc loaded. In the app, I only had to enter the CVV id number to complete checkout.

    (I was also on the phone with ticketmaster 1-866-448-7849 but hung up before that finished cause I was done with the app. Call that number about a minute before the tix go on sale, there are some recordings you have to listen to.)

  8. They'll surely add a lot more, they can't really imagine too much special arrangements with the restriction of playing the album in order for each show.
