  4. I can hear it, but it's not really that much of The Fly's solo that's similar. Just the first few notes. The bass sounds a little like the riff.

  6. Similar? Definitely. Copied? Nah, come on. They aren't that alike - if anything the Paul Rose song is more reminiscent of live performances of The Fly than the album version.
