  3. For the Purple Rain example, the help I think I may be able to give is that I was sitting at the back of the mezzanine section of a theater, so Prince was down and center of me.

    He was below me, we weren't on the same level.
  4. after listening to the purple rain recorded, i doubt you can do better with a saturated sound... you must record will lower level, and make it louder during transfert/mastering, in my opinion...
