1. Sounds good to me. So, is the chorus actually the original? It sounds different to me.
  2. Though, now that I finished it, it sounds like it may just be an old alternate take.
  3. I've listened to it again (through headphones this time)...

There's too much going on and the horns and strings are obviously useless, but I like it much more than this morning. I still think it's mostly 1987 Bono all throughout (or heavily treated 2017 Bono) but I like it some more now.
  4. I like the alternate ending.
  5. That's what I sad after a first listen this morning on our whatsapp group and what I still bet my money on. Alternate 1987 takes that didn't make it to the final TJT version but were still usable.

We all listened to it in that dude's mix on youtube. SHAME on U2.
  7. Hmm. It's grown on me a bit. I like the ending.
  8. 3rd listen after leaving it rest a little while. That's definitely Bono 87 there, people.
  9. Slightly cleaner version with Radio intro and outro...

  10. This is official material and it can't be shared in our boards. I have removed your like! THanks for the intention anyway.
  11. The 'new' version is alright, nothing spectacular but nice enough as an alternate to the 1987 version - and those horns actually don't get in the way as much as I originally thought they were.

Edit: The ending is really well done. It gets better towards the end.
  12. I've never been a big fan of the song and I think this new version is nor an improvement nor worse than the original
