1. Yes... This is completely on track for where I wanted this show to go... deep into the past. Except replace Pride with anything else from TUF.
  2. I don't think they've worked on the "opening" just yet. I imagine if that 20-song set is it then there'll be a few before ASOH. I Will Follow perhaps?

About the only thing that could make this better (other than Pride being replaced Wire or TUF) would be the extended album version of NYD!

+ the new song, The Little Things That Give You Away
  5. The top non JT songs that were performed on the other tour all have to be contenders.

In order the songs played more than 10 times on the tour are as follows:

I Will Follow, Pride, Bad, New Years Day, Sunday Bloody Sunday, "40", MLK, October, The Unforgettable Fire, Gloria, Party Girl, The Electric Co, A Sort Of Homecoming, Out Of Control.

October, Electric Co, OOC & Gloria may be skipped as they featured on last tour though - or even played as they know they can play it without chance of hiccups.

Covers were a big part of the original tour - what do people reckon?

I'd love it if they played those 10 songs.

    ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

I'd be happy with any of your suggestions to get added to the setlist hopefully meaning we won't get vertigo or elevation. As for covers I'm really not a fan I see it as a big waste of what could be time used playing another u2 song. I'd even rather vertigo or elevation than stand by me or c'mon everybody, not my thing but I'm sure others will disagree.
  8. With the setlist so far, the perfect closer would be 11 O'Clock. Leave the crowd singing the la- la- la, la- la- la as in the Boy and October tours. The song is so good it can be an opener or a closer.
That is the only lalalas that I want in a U2 show.

Oh man... if they went for the R&H b-side covers, I'd be all in on that. Everlasting Love or Dancing Barefoot?

11 o'clock tick tock would be amazing I don't think I'm going to get to hear it live if they don't play it this tour but I think someone mentioned before it's a song they haven't played in the stadium environment very often (was it once?). Hopefully they break the mould though, it's a song that was made for the live environment in general.
