Well, is it only there for shade effects? I hope that there's more. But less is more. Only Larry is that cool to make his way into the stadium like that.
    Cool picture Blueeyedboy

  3. There could be 4 slightly oversized JT's on stage (lit up in Popart colours as a nod to 'Pop' lol), each with a little door on the front, where they all step out of during the long organ intro of 'Streets'. Obviously the doors wouldn't open properly as well.

  5. Seems like there's gonna be 'A Sort Of Homecoming' probably at the start of the show. This is awesome!!!! I've actually never heard this song live and it is one of my favourites, which is true for 'The Unforgettable Fire' altogether. 'Wire' or 'Indian Summer Sky' would be another one that would be great to experience live. Let's see ...

Yep, it's one thats eluded me so far too. I got close in 2001 @ Slane but just missed out down to illness, so I'm really hoping they run with it and stick with it all the way through. And as others have said it makes perfect sense to play this, and should prove an amazing opener.

I just checked my profile just to be sure, but nope... heard 100 U2 songs so far live, but not ASOH yet! Longing to hear it now VERY badly!
  8. The only nod to Pop we get is the big screen..
  9. We can't have everything.

That's incredible really but then how many times have they played it after the Unforgettable Fire tour? Single Figures? Its going to be an amazing opener if we do get it though.

Edit: just checked I think they played it 17 times on the JT tour if I've counted right and twice on the elevation tour but still not a lot of performances considering.
