Ruling out Europe for obvious reasons, I think only Chicago or New York are serious options.

Because it's an American album dedicated to America and this whole tour is justified by what happened in America a couple of months back.
In fact the original plan was to play just a handful of TJT30 shows, only in America, and nothing else. Thankfully they changed their minds and decided to bring it to Europe too, but the original thought was restraining it to a few shows in the USA and that's all.
