Tour: Joshua Tree Tour 2017
Songs played: 24
Audio recordings: 5
  1. nyd polished off from first Vancouver performance
  2. im Loving the new one speech , except for the war part!
  3. Holy shit what a turn around. My boy EV making an appearance , BAD!!!!!! And an actual
    Closing song. Well done
  4. Thoroughly enjoyed the show definitely a notch up from Vancouver and great to hear bad and a spur of the moment I will follow. Thought the songs were played to a high standard and Bono definitely sounded like he was more into his stride tonight, really happy with how the tour is progressing.
  5. Is it just me or does Bono sound really out of breath a lot during these shows?
  6. First time I Will Follow closed a gig since 2 Dec. 1982
  7. Of course he does. He's 57, and many of these songs are still quite high and not so comfortable to sing. His voice will suffer further by the end of the tour. So glad he's not singing Vertigo.
  8. EG the All I need bit in Trip Through Your Wires has always been shouted, not sung (it can't be properly sung: too fast, and too high). This (and smoking!) is precisely the kind of thing that wrecks one's voice.

Yeah for sure I completely get that. Just seems like quite a difference to IE, its not so much the notes its even when he talks during songs, not the talking singing just general speaking/speeches etc - just sounds like its really talking a toll on him..... I don't mean that in a complaining way... I just hope he is alright.

    If only he never smoked!
  11. Was Little Things a "little" bit slower than in Vancouver?
