These Disc 3 mixes are indeed pretty silly (overproduced).
MSG is a far superior recording over Paris IMO .

Also ,don't forget the great R&H live tracks to add to that mix . Silver & Gold, Streets and WOWY are the definitive versions for me .

  3. Agree mate , the weight alone of this box set makes me excited. Not opened yet, probably never will.
  4. I thought that One Tree Hill (St. Francis Remix) might make a great intro song at the beginning of a JT2017 show - move the JT section up:

    One Tree Hill (Remix) intro
    1-11 Joshua Tree album
    12 Sunday Bloody Sunday
    13 New Years Day
    14 Pride

    15 Beautiful Day
    16 Elevation
    17 Miss Sarajevo
    18 Ultraviolet
    19 One

20 The Little Things That Give You Away
    21 I Will Follow
    22 Bad

I'll have to check on how that R&H audio compares to the two official live JT shows.
  6. I love the remastered version of MSG, much better than the Wolfgang's Vault one.
  7. +1.....It was always gonna be far superior i had no doubts - Love to see further releases like this in the future - some early 92 Zoo TV and Unforgettable Fire Tours would be great.
  8. Exit on high volume from this remaster is just amazing (the live one).
  9. Just picked up the double cd version to tide me over until pay day when I will get the vinyl box
