2017-06-14 - Tampa
Tour: Joshua Tree Tour 2017
Songs played: 22
Audio recordings: 3
  1. Yeah. I couldn't see that work. The band might be confused as well as they usually walk off to it, not on, and Adam and Edge swapping guitars to lead into next song. It would throw our whole universe out of sync.

Speaking of "Whole"... I am LOVING the fact they have seemingly switched pre-show opening music to "Whole of the Moon" (did they again in Tampa?) Love the Pogues, but "Whole of the Moon" is just one of "those" songs. It would be on Side A of the soundtrack of my life!

I have seen the same set list over and over this whole tour..... doesn't matter when watching these guys live. I see the same set list again tonight online in the text but the experience says something entirely different

Amen to this. Glad you enjoyed the show! I can't wait to see them again in a few weeks.
  6. Pretty empty GA
  7. When walking out yesterday I overheard many 'casual' fans if you will talking about the show. They all loved it. Heard almost exclusively things like 'one of the best concerts I have ever seen', 'opening with SBS is incredible', 'that encore was crazy', 'the screen is something else' etc.

While we die-hard fans sometimes bitch about setlists and all its good to remind ourselves that 99% of the audience loves this as much as someone could.
