Not necessarily hip-hop/rap, but more of a laid-back, jazz-infused musical style and baritone singing style for Bono. I'd love for them to throw a curveball that way. (Though maybe mixed with more up-tempo summer anthems like The Best Thing and more standard epic U2 fare like Little Things? )

  9. This guy knew what he could get away with. If he said "ran into the band backstage and heard them rehearsing Pop" we'd all know for sure it was faked.
  11. Dont know this guy personally, but my buddy that sent me this knows him well, and my buddy has some reliable connections in the LiveNation / Westwood One Radio family...

    Am I saying that makes it so? No. But I'll put this way atop any other rumors that I read just from the reputation of the source that sent to me...
