1. If U2 didn't care what they did, it wouldn't take them so long in between albums to write and create songs/come up with new ideas...sorry but that comment is stupid! That's nicely puting it.
  2. Unpopular U2 opinions?

I said goodbye to U2 in December 1989, as they were too sincere, too straight, and had spent too long being too bombastic. They needed to grow a sense of humour, a sense of style, a sense of playfulness to work. I was ready for them to ply the furrow of endless, tedious sincerity forever and be a band I used to love. I thought they were done, and were going to decline in artistic ability and popularity. I was convinced that they were on the way out.

And there was quite some kickback against Achtung Baby being too weird.

My Unpopular Opinion is that 80's U2 is great, but lots of it hasn't aged that well.
  3. Honesty and innocence

    Maturity and awareness

  4. Bono is an Illuminati puppet.
  5. And the Pope brought his glasses undergound

  6. Completely joking. As much as I love Weird Al, I don't think I can legitimately stand by that statement
  7. Playboy Mansion is underrated
  8. Wild honey is terrible, I don't think that's unpopular though
