I hope so. Whilst I've always maintained that chart position isn't a measure of quality it's still nice to see them perform strongly.
  2. 44 on iTunes Charts, was 31 the other day.
  3. Sorry, yes, UK
  4. Maybe the iTunes Charts are a good measure of how the single will perform in next weeks official singles charts then.
  5. Has this been posted? Quite interesting

“You’re the Best Thing About Me” however, came through the last year mostly unchanged. The version being played at the listening sessions being held for DJs and other music industry people throughout The Joshua Tree 2017 tour was the version that Lillywhite had mixed last August. We have confirmation that this was a different mix than either of the two mixes sent out on September 6, 2017.

But in a last minute swerve, U2 decided it too needed to be changed.
  6. It's been covered a bit.

Sad thing is, it's obvious that 24 hours or 7 days or however long isn't enough time to make sure a mix is perfect apparently. I'm not imagining things when I say it's rough, the fact that they did it in so little time shows. It's like handing in a school project you hastily completed the night before, and the teacher can tell. We can tell. If they do proceed with this arrangement (based on Edge's demo) they had better at least fix the issues with it before putting it to wax. Still sounds like ass to my ears.
