  5. A very lengthy Drowning Man snippet It gets better.
  6. Regarding Best Thing. It sounds really bad to me like on Fallon. The chorus sounds terrible and all out of key. I love the single but so far live it's going nowhere. Audience not into it at all. Bono's voice seems tired and lazy in the chorus. And I want to love the song live. Again the best part is the bridge when the bass and drums and guitar get going and Edge sings.

    Yeah its not often i think a U2 sounds "bad", maybe a song I dont like.... But I dont think damn that sounds super bad like out of tune/key etc.... I feel that way with The Best Thing. I consider myself a die hard fan but I struggle to get through it. Even though a few tracks from SOI I wasn’t fussed on I could still sit through when at a show... but this idles not sound pleasant at all.

    The single I have somewhat warmed up to, as it doesnt grate like it does live.

    IMO it’s one of the worst sounding live tracks vocally that they have done. It hey it’s early days and I expect/hope they work the arrangement out.

    I love the single but so far when i heard it live two times i cringe when i hear Bono singing the chorus, "You're the Best Thing About Me". He sounds terrible. Sad to say.
