    I actually find myself getting angry when it pops up on shuffle mode.

    right click on the song in itunes, select options and tick the box that says 'skip when shuffling'. That will sort that problem

    Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders sang backing vocals on "Pride". At the time The Unforgettable Fire was recorded, she was married to Jim Kerr of Simple Minds.

    didn't want to open a new topic on this, but does anyone know where she sings in Pride? I listened to it a few times trying to pay attention to the back vocals but cant hear it. I am a pretty big Pretenders fan and I thought that that was pretty cool. Thanks
