    Its likely this will work for other countries too. The conditions say this is all U2.com and everything will be handled by U2.com.

    My latest info is that the European tour will be announced today but no dates until later (possibly countries will be listed), so a presale in January is not that strange. Shows will not happen until September or August anyway..
