1. If you want a snippet of the song, listen to the bridge of Volcano
  2. American Soul is ace- yes, - bit of volcano but nothing like the same song, it's better. Rocking with a nice groove.
  3. This song will be epic in concert
  4. Holy shit this is Volcano on steroids!
I love the harking back to the old song but this is soooo much better.

This album is going to be amazing!!!

Yes, that was the same day, but it was still something that tied the albums together and U2 have always stated that these are related too. Just a small commonality that I like.
As for it being repetitive, Glastonbury was a bunch of Bonolese built around a good riff, which is what they've used here. Otherwise it had no redeeming features. At least Volcano and this song are fully fleshed out songs (and in the case of American Soul have some decent lyrics with meaning too).
    **ducks and hides......**
No need to duck or hide. I agree with you and it makes sense that there are cross references between the records. It's a much better tune than Volcano, lyrically very strong. I'm.pleased with the five tunes I've heard.
  7. "In your dreams you can’t be sleeping" was an original lyric of Glastonbury
  8. The first drum break reminds me of get on your boots.
  9. Can someone please PM me this song, love to hear it. Thx.
