    Oh yeah. Even if the studio version is crap (for me at least) at least the boys will tear that song live. No way it can suck then.
  3. Yes, but Edge said that they had the opportunity of working these songs live with all these delays, so we were going to have the best version in the studio because of that... so...what happened?

    It’s part psychological. After hearing UTEOTW live the studio mix is also less appealing
  5. I am sorry but so many of u guys out there sound like u have been in the music business for 40 yrs and not U2.....its better then anything else anyone is doing.....lets be happy they want yo make music still....

    I love the album so far, I love all the songs, but what you're saying is not a really good/valid point to defend it, and there's plenty of easy replies that won't help in the end...
  7. Absolutely valid with some of the stuff i am reading all over this form and on all topics. Of course good comes with bad but just wish some people would just chill a bit......
  8. To those who suggested changing the equalizer option to "Rock" in iTunes for this song - THANK YOU. Much better (though still looking forward to extra rawness live)...

    I only see civilized discussions here among U2 fans. No attacks or anything, everyone is chilled.
    I am sorry, I was never happy with the "take what you have and be happy" philosophy, must be the contrarian in me.
