  1. Especially since the half of the lyrics is just that sentence... and it's the only part I don't like of this song. Too bad it's repeated so many times. I love the rest of the song.

    In agreement. I don't hate the chorus, but it's certainly my least favourite part of the song, and if the chorus was better this song would be stellar to me. The verses, the pre-chorus, DAT BRIDGE, are all fantastic. And when you're listening to it for the first time you're thinking "oh man this is actually pretty coo- oh wait, there's the par-for-the-course U2 chorus". I'm sure I'll change my mind once I hear it live, especially if they do some neat tricks with the lighting

    Maybe something a bit similar to what they did for Exit this tour, regarding the lighting?

Does anyone else find it hilarious how people ripped this song in the video because they said it wasn’t a live version and then they rip the studio version because they say it isn’t as good as the live version? That is where I’m getting at in terms of The often (what I see as) nonsensical negativity here lately.

    That said. I too think it would make a great opener!

    haha I noticed this as well. I have to say, at first I was underwhelmed by the studio version, but it. is. very. very. good.
  10. I don't love the mixing on the studio version, but a couple of seconds playing with the equaliser settings in itunes and it's an improvement. This song rocks, I'm dying to hear it live. I think it's a strong contender for show opener.
