1. Any idea about the album? Do we get it today?
  2. Every ticket purchased will include one (1) copy of U2's new album, "Songs of Experience," to be released December 1, 2017. Be on the lookout for a separate email with instructions around how you can redeem your album(s). Prior to December 1, you will have the opportunity to pre-order one CD per ticket purchased. Once the digital album becomes available on December 1, fans will have the choice of either a CD or digital album at the time of redemption. One album per ticket. US/Canadian residents only.

Those who didn't got what they wanted, do the same, but do it with a different Ticketmaster account. There are reports that those who participate in presales do not get codes for the general onsale, a different account solves that.

The general sale also requires a code?
  4. That link was for the now closed Citi presale
  5. This proves it. Some Ticketmaster reps are telling people that if you got a presale code, no general onsale anymore.

  6. I would say I’m glad I’m not involved in the North America sales but I don’t know how European sales are going to go so I will say sympathies to those that haven’t managed to get what they want yet. Hopefully there’s still opportunity for you and well done to those who got tickets, time to look forward to whatever show(s) you will be attending.
  7. This whole US presale thing is the most idiotic failing!procedure I ever had to witness
