From one point of view, a lawsuit is crazy. My experience of getting GA for Nashville, after tremendous hoop jumping was awful...and did not even get a single call about Atlanta, it is like they are ignoring me...
Although I think the band never would have gone for this had they been correctly informed, but for those of us who never got their code, and went through a painful process of over two hours or even longer on the phone, you get angry. So I may be crazy for thinking a lawsuit is a tangible solution. I do feel that since U2 are filthy rich, that sometimes crazy actions are required for them to get the message. Sad, but true.
