  2. I love SOI, specially the second half of it. I rank it as their best album since Achtung Baby. So I'm not ready to rank SOE above of it.

    Also, SOE sounds way too different (and it's too recent) to compare them both, but so far I'm impressed

    I think that people who are not too fond of SOI (or any 2000+ album for that matter) will like SOE (a lot) better, since it sounds like they depart from that U2 version.
  3. Agree whole heartedly. I don't mind Best Thing and GOO. Not great but not bad. This album as a whole is really great.

  6. Back in SOI I remember they talked a lot about wanting more stripped down songs.

    Well, this is the "more stripped down songs" album.
