First 2 releases are fantastic , give them a good proper listen, and while this new LP is solid , I don't think it's in the same league as the first 2 releases .
  2. Shall start with tomorrow mornings commute.
  3. The first two songs are so amazing. Makes me, a white Dutch boring boy, wanna dance like crazy. The rest of the album is also pretty great.
  4. I am absolutely loving the album. Noel is one of the very best songwriters of his generation.
  5. Chasing Yesterday done. Who Built The Moon is substantially better for me. It’s just another step further away from Lasis and all the better for it. Will do The other one later.
  6. It still doesn't do it to me. Fort Knox is amazing, but rest is average (maybe It's A Beautiful World is other highliht but doesn't shine like Fort Knox).
    Not much experimental, very 80's...
  7. The Man Who Built The Moon is epic
  8. I really love it. So many really strong songs. I wish U2 spent a bit more time with David Holmes. And Noel! He is such an incredibly gifted songwriter. Who knows what would happen then
  9. Turns out I’m not too fussed on the first album either. Sounds a bit too much like what I would have expected from Oasis had it been an Oasis album. That seems fairly obvious but I wasn’t at all interested in final days Oasis music. The new album is heads and shoulders above the others for me.

My biggest gripe with the new album is that Be Careful is the longest song on the album. And my least favourite.
