  1. There’s 13 songs on the album. That’s 11 songs they could have played instead of the two they did. I give up. It was terrible. Both songs. He used the megaphone on both songs. Why? Embarrassing.

  4. Wow especially that last little break at the end, Edge and Larry-on-fire-Mullen-Jr make that sooooo good. I'm impressed really, didn't expect something this well played, especially for the first performance.

    They already said fuck you to "half of america" when they did that Bullet the Blue Sky live directly with footage of Trump before he was elected, so what's your point ? This was much less. U2 are respecting their own views instead of selling themselves out just to reach out to Trump's supporters, which are just a really, ridiculously tiny part of their potential audience worlwide

  8. Maybe it’s because I watched it on my ohone... but I really did not like these performances.. AS was particularly embarrassing...

    On the Trump note and half of the US...really?? Have you watched SNL at all? Did you watch the cold open last night with Alec Baldwin again making fun of Trump? If that’s the concern, they should not have done SNL at all.

  11. I did hear a rumor sometime ago that Larry has really had enough. He has back and hand issues..........I heard that this could be the last big tour with a grand finale at Slane in the summer of 2020........How much truth there is in it though I dont know
  12. I really like Edge's tone on American Soul, but it just sounds so... soulless. Needs a load of life pumped into it. And that's the beside the fact it isn't a particularly good song (in my opinion, of course, I don't want to upset anybody).

    But PLEASE can we have a ceremonial burning for the megaphones? Surely not three tours in a row.
