It depends if you're making a rank based on "today" or in "historically".
Maybe today (or this week) I'm more in the mood to listen to October than to listen Achtung Baby, so I could rank October on top, or at least higher than I'd usually do.
The other thing, is how much an album resonated with you because of your personal situation... and SOE has a few songs that has the potential to touch you in a very special way if you're currently going through certain difficult situations. All We Have Left, Best Thing, Own Way, Little Things, Love Is Bigger and There Is A Light all could end up meaning way too much for somebody.
